Ok, so you go to the sport shop. Then you go all the way to the surfboards, first click on the fire one then you click on the starfish then the shell. And a silver surfboard will pop up!
Here is another cheat...
If you click on the rock climbing mount. something will pop up... I have know idea of what it is, so why don't you give it a shot!
